We are Open from Wednesday to Friday. Please coordinate with Jojo for schedule.

Yes, we could customize designs based on client’s requirement. Just send us details, layout and description for assessment. Most customized designs require minimum pieces to order.

Price varies depending on the item, design and pieces to order.

Ordered items can be picked up at Muntinlupa Warehouse or Taguig House. Schedule should be coordinated prior pick up.

We also deliver orders within Metro Manila and nearby provinces with charge. Weekdays schedule only. We don’t deliver to venue unless pre – arranged and coordinated with the venue administration. Delivery Schedules from Wednesday to Friday.

Yes, we ship orders.
For small,non-bulky items – thru air courier (LBC, XEND, Air21, etc)
Thru Buses from Alabang and Cubao (client should inquire directly to Bus Company for details then coordinate with us)
Shipping fees are shouldered by client.
Thru Land Cargo to Bicol Area.
Thru Sea Cargo via Pambato (note: w/ provisions)
Thru Air Cargo via AP Cargo.
Thru Grab, Transportify or lalamove Delivery (within serviceable areas)

For Cargos,shipping payments will be paid directly to the Freight Company (collect method). We do not know how much it would cost since they only advise clients upon arrival at destination.

Thru Bank Accounts: via BPI, BDO and Metrobank

Thru Remittance Center: via Western Union, LBC, Lhuillier, Xoom

Thru Credit Card payment via Paypal (amount to be credited will be the amount we received after withdrawn [all additional charges by Paypal and Bank will be covered by the client]

Details of Bank Accounts will be forwarded to Client once orders are final thru Invoice.

Fill up all necessary details (we will base details of invoice here). Once sent,please wait for our email regarding clarifications or copy of Invoice. When you receive you copy, please read all details and reply to our e-mail with confirmation. Settle your payment, acknowledgment of payment follows.

Yes, we send sample photo before mass production for NEW DESIGNS ONLY.For posted designs on our Facebook page and website , NO Sampling.

Sample photo/s will be sent to your e-mail. If you want to see the actual item before mass production, you may do so. Please coordinate with us prior viewing at our warehouse. And take note that the pickup of orders will be adjusted (usually one or two weeks than agreed schedule).
